OK, I've managed to make slightly manageable PDFs. They're still at
http://web.meson.org/downloads/ (I'll make a proper index page
eventually). Owing to whatever weirdness, the pdf's are actually
sideways, so you'll have to tell your PDF reader to rotate things 90
degrees clockwise (they have that feature).
Also, I just noticed that the Sound Notation files had pages 2 and 3 in
reverse order, and I've put up fixed versions.
