F1 is the key that invokes Help -- when you don't want to mouse to it -- in
Windows and in Windows applications. When you click the Help menu in
whatever app you're working in, you'll usually see "F1" to the right as a
hint. Some people prefer keyboarding to mousing, others vice versa. So,
same difference.
