No keyboards are sold in America with 48 typewriter keys (which I take
to mean a key to the left of Z on a QWERTY layout, at position B00 in
ISO 9995 notation).

I have looked and looked for one, and I'm convinced that if I want one I
will have to order it from Canada or Europe.
