I'm sure the Pentium division error was discussed on accountancy lists!

I set up http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vellum for when these
discussions veer too much into technology, but I don't think we've
reached that point yet.

I just had a look at the SIL keyboard for Vai (
<http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?
site_id=nrsi&item_id=SILVai> ). That's done phonetically as consonant
(s) plus vowel - I trust Suzanne does not have to repeat how
unintuitive that can be even for Tamil. The font has an interestingly
reduced repertoire (220 characters). I note that it includes a few
ASCII punctuation syllables.
