I am not sure what to make of Halliday's comments. Is this Halliday,
the Victoria artist? Her paintings are on sale in Vancouver.

Here is a little info. Maybe only 4% of the pop. is First Nations by
this definition - not huge. BC has considerably more than 13 lgs by
any count.
