What are your metrics fir "high priority"?

By my metrics, I think it appears MS is attaching high priority to its
parts of the tasks described. That doesn't mean "get it done at the
earliest possible date", but that is rarely the sole standard on which
projects of this complexity are judged anyway in my experience.
