I have no opinion about whether any additional lists should be created,
but I will comment on this: the requirements of a moderator for any list
are that they know at least enough about a topic, but not necessarily
more, to tell when discussion is off topic, when participants are being
unnecessarily and unconstructively controversial, and to be able to
distinguish between valid questions / comments and trolls. I'm suspect
that any of the regular contributors to this list have enough knowledge
of writing systems for that.
