Seshat is, at least de facto, extremely tolerant!

Moderating seems like a good idea. The Selectric/oxen/whiffletree message
surely would have been rejected, and I would have simply saved the draft
for future use elsewhere.

As well, it seems to me that rejecting messages could be a rather
unpleasant task for someone of sensitivity.
