I don't know. It should not be. It is supposed to be about writing
systems, not computer implementations of writing systems. I would
encourage people to remember that.
That said, if someone asks a question about technology used in
implementing writing systems, or makes a statement about such technology
that isn't quite right, I'll consider it close enough to being on topic
to provide informative input.
