Yes, it's misery for many. What I hope is that we can, collectively, try
to help all subscribers become able to use their "machines" with no
routine concerns about any of the details we've been discussing. Computers
would then be tools for all of us. Unfortunately, the process of
internationalization takes years, and Qalam is particularly sensitive to
multilingual/multiscript matters. (It would be even more fun if several of
us were fluent in Arabic, posting BiDi text!)
