What "cultural hypothesis" is that?

I am referring to the attitude you have brought here for years: that we
are all supposed to know _exactly_ what you're talking about when you
describe Tamil children typing (or not) on computers with (or without)
syllabic grid charts, for which you make up your own terminology, and
that Tamil and Cree are identical and unlike any other writing system
(though they just happen to be the two you've been exposed to), and now
you add in deaf children, ...
