Partially. There are cases in which the IDs used in Ethnologue 14th Edn
are incompatible with what is defined in ISO 639-2. The 15th edn of
Ethnologue will introduce a one-time change of identifiers to give
alignment with ISO 639-2. Many identifiers in ISO 639-3 will match what
was used in Ethn14 (and 15), though.
