No, I meant within the English-speaking community! I am not
completely crazy.

It was just a coincidence that I saw that in Tamil it transliterates
it as /modjilla/ and I am only *guessing* that this reflects a
pronunciation in English of /modzilla/. I don't think that the /d/
is required by Tamil phonology. Surely Godzilla has something to
so with it.
