*nods* Ken Lunde, author of "CJKV Information Processing" (
http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/cjkvinfo/ ), remarks on this in his
book; the character is of special interest to him since it's the one
he uses in the Japanese version of his name, Kobayashi Ken.
