Oops. I sent before I added the last bit, namely that 4.1 will apparently
add Buginese, Glagolitic, Phags-pa, Syloti Nagri, Kharoshthi, and Old
Persian cuneiform; disunify Coptic from Greek and nusxuri Georgian from
mredxuli; and add the usual Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Arabic, and symbolic
odds and ends that have turned up.
