certain disagreement on this matter. :-)

| Pahawh Hmong: alphabet, but deeply bizarre

We did this one before, and my recollection was that the conclusion
was that it's essentially an abugida, but one where each base
character denotes a VC pair (instead of the usual CV). I'm somewhere
above Greenland at the moment, which means that the web and my copy of
WWS are both out of reach, and so I might be wrong, but that's what I
thought I recalled.
