Can anyone confirm that the hooked c, p, and t that Lorna Priest's SIL draft keyboard 2.0 indicates as being used in national language orthographies in Senegal (see http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&item_id=AfricanKeyboard1 and open .pdf document) replace the c, p, and t with accents indicated for Sereer in Rhonda Hartell's compilation (see http://www.bisharat.net/A12N/SENEGAL-table.htm and click on Sereer)?

This info will help in design of a revised graphics tablet keyboard that Lee Pearce is planning.
