OK, then: Wade-Giles is a Chinese romanization system, not Japanese (e.g.
"Mao Tze-Tung" is Wade-Giles, whereas "Mao Zedong" is Pinyin).

AFAIK, the Japanese romanization that which spells "Huzi" is called Kunrei.
The one which spells "Fuji" is Hepburn, as you correctly said.
