I see what you mean, roozbeh, but
there is apparently a difference, in
Anglo-Saxon culture, between a
widely perceived reality and an
academically accepted one. Thus
Hitler is commonly perceived as mad
but this is not, as far as I know,
the official psychiatric position,
the latter not having being supplied
due, perhaps, to a lack of audible
demand.
