I may be wrong, but I bet that we would all be very surprised to discover
how wide a spectrum of different educational, professional and personal
backgrounds we represent.

(I for one, have a mix-and-match curriculum: got a high school diploma in
typography; then I studied Chinese language and literature (and quitted it
before degree); and currently I am a computer programmer for a living...)
