I see.
So the <a> of <ear> and <year> is pronounced [j] yod in your dialect!
I tried to pronounce them this way, but I couldn't. Too hard for me.
I have to add a schwa after the yod to be able to pronounce them your way:
["°wV 'ni °j@r] <one ear>, ["°wV 'nji °j@r] <one year>.

I know that in some dialects of English <ear> is pronounced [?i:r] and
<year> [ji:r]. Do you know where they are located?
