Dear all,

I have been added to the group about 4 years ago by Jim. At that time, I am just a beginner. I was learning day by day during that time and now I still need to learn more, but at least I could help to support a Pali course at a monastery in my city. And I have learned a lot of valuable knowledge from our group largely due to the foundation of Jim's idea and work.

I believe he has created a huge bulk of merits and gained a happy destination.

Thanks for sharing the sad news about Jim, a truly dedicated Dhamma scholar/practitoner.

When he started the group , some 18 years back, he added me as a moderator. During this time, there hasn't been a single post that had to be moderated by me - apparently Pali scholars are not especially prone to troll or giving out insults.

I still have moderator status, but have no idea whether that aids in administering the group (I think Jim was the only one with admin rights).
