As Yahoogroups has not been reliable, and Yahoo is not expected to improve the situation, I highly suggest moving.

https://groups.io is fully functioning service very much like Yahoogroups. (In fact, it's created by the same person who created the predecessor of yahoogroups.) It has a way to make the migration from Yahoogroups easy, but probably require certain admin access, which I'm not sure if Robert has.

Otherwise, we just resort to posting on this group the migration notice and instruction to subscribe to the new group.
