Thank you very much, Alyssa, for the photos. It is very nice to see Jim and put him a face.

In connection to Kumara Bhikkhu's post, I completely agree. In fact I have a student here with me now, and she would like to join the group. She is a nun from Letonia. There are other Pali students/scholars who are willing to join the group. Whether we can continue this one, or perhaps shift to a different type of forum or mailing list, it is definitely worth preserving.

I too had written to him privately some time ago (about moving
PaliStudy to new environment), and didn't get a reply as well.

Now I wonder if he has sole access to the mailing list. I'm thinking
about the future of this group, which is very much worth preserving.
Is there's a shared owner or co-moderator of this group?
