Dear Ven Kumara, Bhikkhu Bodhi has translated selections from the Niddesa in his recent volume called Sutta Nipāta. As he says in his Preface, 'I have selected what I consider the most illuminating passages of both parts of the Niddesa' and he has interlaced them with his translation of Pj II.
