All the volumes I-XXX are available free from PTS in the PDF format.

There is another related article by O.H. Pind in Volume XXXI but not yet available in PDF. If this is the article you want or woud like like to have it as well, I think I have it in a .doc format that Ole sent me.

I have seen a reference to the article by Pind below, but am not sure how long it will take to find a copy through inter-library loan etc.

Does anyone have a PDF version they can share for the purposes of private study?
