Michael, thanks for forwarding the sad news which is the first I've heard of it.

Steven was a member of our group from Feb. 24, 2009 until Oct. 24, 2017 when he unsubscribed without explanation.  Though an infrequent contributor to the list, his postings were much appreciated,  I have a copy of his Pali Grammar for Students which I acquired over a year ago along with Gair's reader..
