It would be easier to read if the compounds were joined properly
Bhavatu sabba-mangalam
rakkhantu sabba-devatā
sabba-buddhānubhāvena
sadā sotthī bhavantu me
I assume that me also refers to the first and second pāda ("May I have all good fortune, may all the gods protect me, may I always have success and prosperity (sotthī in the plural) by the power of all the Buddhas") is one possible translation. I found a version on the net with te instead of me, which I think makes more sense (me sounds rather selfish! - whereas wishing it someone else, not so)

Respected Venerable Rahula,
The subject of the first pāda is sabba-maṅgalaṃ which is singular. The subject of the last pāda, however, is sotthī which is plural (of f. sotthi).
Yours respectfully,
Chanida
