Dear Jim,

It's printed in Malaysia. Here, it's a crime to propagate Buddhism [or any other religions] to the Muslims. The stamp is a preventive measure.

Rahula

Dear Ven. Nyanatusita,

Thanks for the info. I was also thinking the new translation will be a good
candidate for publication by PTS. I had a quick glance at U Narada's
translation of volume one. PTS published his translation of the first two
volumes of the Paṭṭhāna (Conditional Relations). In his Yamaka translation
volume, I was surprised to find a (stamped?) "For Non Muslim Only" notice
following the title page. A first for me.

Best wishes,

Jim

Dear Jim,

I was told a few weeks ago in England that the new Yamaka and commentary
translation is a collaboration between George Shaw and Lance Cousins. It is
probably going to be published by the Pali Text Society.

Best wishes,
Bhikkhu Nyanatusita
