Might I remind you all of Sutta Central (SuttaCentral: Early Buddhist texts, translations, and parallels) where you can see all the Pali texts in romanized text. For each you can also convert to Thai, Sinhala, Burmese, or Devanagari script; use a Pali-English lookup dictionary; see the parallels for the text in other traditions Chinese, Tibetan, etc., where known, and look up translations in many different languages where they are available on the web.

The budsir.org website seems to no longer exist. It's been a long time
since I've visited it. You could try searching for Budsir on Internet to
find out if it has moved to another website.

Here is the link for the romanized Burmese Tipitaka with all its
commentaries:

The volumes are all in pdf files and you will need to have the VZTime.ttf
font installed as the encoding is not unicode. The sfiles are the same as
those on a CD produced in Yangon. Unlike CST4 the files are like books with
a title page, table of contents, and separate pages.
