If it were a bahubbīhi, an adjectival or possessive compound, what would it mean (yassa anto suttaṃ atthi, so suttanto) and what would it modify? - a bahubbīhi has to modify another noun

We also shouldn't discount the possibility of "suttanta" being a bahubbihi.
