Dear Petra,

Sorry, I don't think I have any other old Sinhalese editions in pdf to put
up. The books I have downloaded are Childers, Clough, Alwis, Minayev,
Senart, Muller, and Frankfurter which may only have historical value in
following the early development of Pali learning among Westerners.

I'm interested in finding pdf books on Indian websites that would most
likely be printed in Devanagari. The ones I have in mind are those relating
to the Pali and Sanskrit grammar tradition. Some years ago I came across
such a website but now I can't remember where. It was one where you needed
to type Devanagari characters into the search box. Perhaps there is
something similar in Sri Lanka.

Best,

Jim

Dear Jim,

it would be really great if you placed those long-out-of-print editions of
Pali grammars
etc. at our disposal. I am since long searching for those old Sinhalese
editions.

Thanks a lot for your offer.
Petra

PS: To learn the Sinhalese script there is a good book by Gair and
Karunatilleke
