Dear Petra,
Glad you were able to download it. I've had trouble with Google myself in
trying to find a downloadable pdf link for their free books. It's seems
harder now than when they first began offering these books. Over the years I
have managed to download a number of old long-out-of-print editions of Pali
grammars and dictionaries in pdf format. I'm thinking of placing them all
together on my dropbox space (up to 2GB) and posting a list with links to
this group.
I should have mentioned that the Abh book has a section that will enable one
to learn the Sinhalese characters used for Pali. That's the one remaining
script I still have to learn. I can read Pali in the Devanagari, Burmese,
and Thai scripts.
Best wishes,
Jim

Dear Jim,
thanks a lot. It got it.
The books scanned by Google are often not downloadable in Europe,
as far as I know. At least I never succeeded.
So it is wonderful that you put it on a server for me.
With best wishes,
Petra
