Dear Jim,

I find that Mozilla Firefox usually displays websites containing Burmese script better than Internet Explorer.

If you would like pdfs of the Chaṭṭhasaṅgīti Piṭaka series, then I suggest www.dhammadownload.com/Tipitaka-Pali-Myanmar%28v1%29-eBook.htm. The scans are of a higher quality than www.buddhasetaman.net and they include the title pages.

Regards,
Chris

Dear Esako,

Thanks for the link to the buddhasetaman website. Although I have no clue as
to which Burmese font is required to read the website, I was able to easily
find and download the Burmese script pdf of the Sīlakkhandhavaggapāḷi which
is rather large at over 58 MB. There is no information at the beginning of
the book about which Burmese edition this is--whether or not it is the
standard BCS version of the 1950s.

Jim

Suvatthi!

Nothing much can be done to transcribe what's in the website because most
are just pdfs / images of Pali texts written in Burmese script. Too bad
there isn't even any contact information.
