uploaded again: my revised paper on intellectual property

Dear members,

I uploaded a paper on intellectual property two days ago, here and in the Yahoo Pali group. By courtesy of a member monk of the latter group, I have come to know that a Malaysian monk, named Ven. Varado, discussed the same topic in a paper in (2007). His paper was published in his temple website, which I have found with the help of Google.

Ven. Varado has come to conclusions, outwardly similar to, but different in essence, from mine. This is no wonder, since his argument is based on the same two minor Vinaya rules that my argument stems from. However, the devil is in the details, and my conclusions have been significantly different from his. Therefore, I have revised my paper,in the new version (intellectual_property_v2.pdf) of which I give full credit to Ven. Varado's contribution, and also fully explain when I have to differ from him.
