Milinda Commentary in Roman Pali

Dear Friends,

Today MCU sent me the Milinda Commentary in Thai Pali, which I have
attempted to convert to Roman.  It looks at first glance to be properly
transliterated, but please let me know if you find any mistakes.  I've
saved it as a plain text file, with the hopes that someone will find a
way to format it better - the word processor files they sent were
somewhat mangled on conversion from Apple to Microsoft to Linux
