Dear Lennart,

Thank you, that's great... I was kind of thinking of how to get the whole
book, though.  It looks to be several hundred pages, no?  Do you think it's
still in publication?

I'm going on retreat in Thailand tomorrow, may not be able to continue this
conversation, but I'll be back in a couple of weeks.
