RE: BPS Abbreviations

Dear Venerable Yuttadhammo,

A lot of the abbreviations in Cone's DOP are missing from this list. The ones you are after are: Dhātuk (Dhātukathāpakaraṇa + commentary), Pp (Puggalapaññatti), Kv (Kathāvatthu), Yam (Yamakapakaraṇa), Tikap (Tikapaṭṭhāna) and Pv (Petavatthu). Finally, hot off the press is the abbreviation Dukap (Dukapaṭṭhāna), listed only in the recently published second volume of the DOP.

  Just noticed that actually the BPS list of abbreviations:

  is also missing books 3-7 of the Abhidhamma. Does anyone have the full
  list of abbreviations from the Dictionary of Pali for these as well as
  the Petavatthu?
