  They are somewhat outdated, but there might be some interesting
things. If you are starting to learn Pali then I would rather suggest to
get a new grammar or course book such as the one by Steven Collins or
Gair and Karunatillake, or Warder's.
A few of these books you mention, if not all, are also being reprinted
with leather covers in India by the AES which reprints many old, 19th
century and early 20th century books with leather and gold print covers.
Perhaps they are cheaper there.
