Dear Noah,

That works re: finding the PTS reference - thanks very much for the instruction.
What does the letter "K" stand for in the results from the ATT search? Is that
commentary on the Khuddaka Nikaaya? Also, is there a list of abbreviations
anywhere, or are you using all the PED standard short-forms?

Metta, Bryan

There is a way, but it is not well implemented.  I'm not quite sure how
the numbering system goes, as it is taken from the CSCD, but it's in the
form of P1.0001, P1.0002 - the initial "P" means PTS, the 1. means
volume number, and I assume the 0001 means first page.  So, in the Digha
Nikaya, if you are looking for the PTS 3rd volume, 103rd page, you could
make sure Diigha is selected, then enter P3.0103 into the Text Search
box and click on the "N" for a nikaaya search.  Note that the "P" must
be capital for this to work, and you must make sure the page number has
enough leading "0"s to make it four digits.  If you are looking for the
Thai page, it's "T", and I'm not sure what the M and V are, but I assume
they might be the old (M) and VRI (V) Burmese tipitaka pages.

If the word is one of the terms discussed, you can just change the
dictionary at the bottom from "DPR" to "ATT" and start typing the word
into the text box.  If you are just looking for the occurrence of a
word, click the "a" between the "vel" and the "T" which changes to
atthakatha, then do a search, clicking on the "T" button to search the
whole commentary list, or selecting a particular nikaya or book and
searching with "N" or "B".

Best wishes,

Yuttadhammo
