SLTP is Sri Lanka Tripitaka Project. You will find more information at

This is where I had downloaded a file called grammar.zip about 12
years ago. I don't see it there now and I'm not sure if it's included
in the large tipitaka file. Anyway, the texts in that grammar file
were quite corrupt and mostly useless. The etexts I use are found on
the tipitaka.org website.

The French in Smith's edition only take ap a very more portion.
