Kc is an abbreviation for Kaccaayana's grammar and the number 425 that
follows is the sutta no. where the sattamii (optative) suffixes are
laid down. I use the Burmese numbering rather than those found in
Senart's edition which would be 427 instead. Sd stands for the
Saddaniiti and the number 898 stands for the sutta no. in the
Suttamaalaa, the third of the work's three main divisions. Another
abbreviation you may meet with is Mg or Mogg for the
Moggallaanavyaakara .na. Kc can also be written Kacc, and likewise,
Sadd for Sd.

Anyway, Kc, Sd, and Mg are the source texts for the three principal
schools of traditional Pali grammar with the Kaccaayana being the
earliest. The commentators on Kc all seem to agree that the name
"Kaccaayana" refers to Mahaakaccaa( ya)na, one of the great disciples
of the Buddha.

tyaadi refers to the 96 conjugation suffixes beginning with the
present tense suffix "ti". The syaadi suffixes refer to the 14
declensional suffixes beginning with the nom. sing. "si". Cf. ti"n and
sup in Paa.nini.
