dunniggahassa lahuno | yatthakāmanipātino ||
cittassa damatho sādhu | cittaṃ dantaṃ sukhāvahaṃ || 35 ||

35. It is good to tame the mind, which is difficult to hold in and
flighty, rushing wherever it listeth; a tamed mind brings happiness.
