Dhammapadaṁ, 1. Yamakavaggo (The Pairs), Verse 10

yo ca vantakasāvassa | sīlesu susamāhito ||
upeto damasaccena | sa ve kāsāvamarahati || 10 ||

10. But whoever would be devoid of impurity, well concentrated in
         virtues,
possessed of self-control and truth, he indeed is worthy of the yellow
         robe.
