Following up on Jim's note below, The ASEAN Infonet site has downloadable books from
each of the member countries. The list under Thailand is disappointing, but under
Cambodia you will find:
Précis de grammaire pâlie
Translation: Handbook of Pali grammar
Author: Victor Henry
Year: 1906
Le Vocabulaire Cambodgien dans ses Rapports Avec le Sanscrit et Pali
Translation: The Kampuchean Vocabulary in its Relationship With Sanskrit and Pali
Author: E. Ménétrier
Year:1933
There are also several volumes of Cambodian inscriptions.
