My Pali website finally works..

After a few "false starts", my Pali website finally works:

Sorry about the confusion...

The page reads correctly under "Firefox" in MS-Windows, and is about
95% correctly displayed in "internet explorer" ... unless the latter
decides to display the file as Chinese.
