I tried to look into the timeline for
Lanna/Unicode. However, the most I managed
to find was this proposal for Tai Dai:

Perhaps we could assist in the mapping
of Lanna. Do you believe New Xishuangbanna
Tai Dai and Lanna are homomorphic?
