Dear Nina,

I am just catching up on reading my messages from the Pali list, and just now saw this message from you. Sorry - I am not very active on the list right now, but I do get around to reading all the messages in digest form eventually, and enjoy the activity here.

I especially always enjoy your posts, Nina - so full of wisdom and kindness. What an extraordinary lady you are and a tremendous asset to the group over so many years!

I was surprised to discover that my translation of the Gair Karunatillake has disappeared from the group's Files section. Don't know how that happened - I certainly didn't remove it. I will go and try to reload it now. And thank you for your kind words about the translation. I completed that eight years ago when I was first learning Pali. I wonder if I re-looked at it in detail whether I would translate everything the same way now. Possibly not.

Warm wishes to you,
John
