uploaded again: my revised paper on intellectual property

Dear Ven. Kumara and other members,

I have uploaded the revised version of the paper on Intellectual property (intellectual_property_v2.pdf). I have given credit to Ven. Varado's contribution and also given full explanation where I have to differ from him. In short, I believe I have done my best to follow the advice of my editor, who says, "it is possible to be critical of an idea without being mean about it."
