I believe that I read somewhere on this website

that the Critical Pali Dictionary project has been discontinued while
still incomplete.

By the way, if you or other readers don't know this website, it is worth
exploring for its free resources.
They also advertise each year a 10 day Pali summer school for
beginners, taught by Professor Richard Gombrich in Oxford, UK in August.
